We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). You can use the estimate shipping button in your shopping cart to see estimated shipping costs for all available shipping options to your address. When placing your order ("checking out"), you will see all available options and costs for shipping your order and will be able to choose the shipping option you prefer.
Please note that all items ship from the State of Hawai'i. AirMail and Priority Mail are what we generally use and work well for all our items. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping amount, please contact us.
We are happy to ship anywhere. We have several options availalbe depending on your order size and requirements.
Generally most people order one or two items and want to use the postal systems of both countries. This is fine and USPS Priority Mail International does a good job of getting the items to destination customs within 3 to 5 business days. This option also offers tracking but only up to destination customs. After that it is in the hands of your postal service and we can no longer trace it. This is the most economical option and most popular for international customers. Please note that we cannot insure or guarantee by this method as there is no way for us to recover financially from the USPS if the item is lost.
FedEx and UPS are also available and usually can give insurance and tracking to destination. Much more expensive but if you are shipping a large wholesale order, then it becomes more affordable and necessary.
Please note that we follow all customs requirements and it is possible that customs fees or charges will apply.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Any defective merchandise can be returned, at the purchaser's expense, within 30 days of the date it was mailed to the purchaser, for a full refund or for credit. Variations in color and lines are a normal part of any handmade items, as are small bleeds in the dye. Items which were not defective but just did not fit or were otherwise unacceptable can also be returned for credit, on these conditions: Merchandise must be in the same condition it was received in, which means carefully folded and unwrinkled, in it's bag, with the tag ready for resale. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds or returns for special or custom orders.
